Nice resort. Many restaurant and bar options. Several pool areas. Well located. Very good service from Nayelli Concierge at building 61 and Javier(waiter) at Tapatio restaurant. Poor service from Alberto at reception/front desk. Terrible service/ rude and abusive behavior from Rudy at Pyramid/Snake monument bar. Resort has very friendly and helpful staff in general except for the people mentioned. Everyone very friendly.

Loved the facilities of this resort, and I like that you can travel between the different Iberostar facilities with ease. Golf cart was always available and this place is very family friendly!

During my recent stay at Iberostar Paraiso Maya in Riviera Maya, Mexico from December 3-10, 2024, I experienced both the highs and lows of this expansive resort. While the property itself is undeniably beautiful, several issues detracted from what could have been an exceptional vacation.
